For a limited time period, Avista Condominium is being offered at pre-construction prices.  A complete disclosure statement describing all project details in depth will be issued to enable pre-sales to commence. 
The process involves a 5% deposit due upon the contract being signed to be held in an interest bearing lawyers trust account.  An additional 5% deposit is required four months later also to be held in an interest bearing trust account.  No other payments are required until completion of the project.  Monthly newsletters are issued to each purchaser showing monthly progress photos, Vancouver Island Real Estate Statistics, and project and company news.
